Search For Trails	The Recreational Trails Program (RTP) is funded by the U. S. Department of Transportation and provides funding assistance to federal agencies, states, and local governments for development and improvement of recreational areas such as walking, jogging, cycling, skating, backpacking, and horseback riding trails.     The trails currently listed in the database were funded by RTP grants.
